Our Story

Established in 2006, we were formally known as Debbie Sharman Property Management but as the business has expanded and become a family team we found Generations Property Management Ltd to be a more fitting name to move the company forward.

We manage Residential Developments throughout the Fylde Coast, and have expanded through Client recommendations and take considerable pride in the work we carry out.

Being a family business we like to provide a personal and professional service. We are always aware that the properties we manage are not just brick buildings but they are peoples’ homes and this is one thing that we do not want to lose sight of.
