Parking tickets are issued and administered by the appointed parking operator for the development.
In the majority of cases, any queries, appeals, or disputes relating to a parking ticket must be raised directly with the parking operator in accordance with their appeals process.

Generations Property Management is not normally able to cancel or overturn parking tickets.
Our involvement is limited to reviewing whether a ticket may have been issued due to a confirmed administrative error relating to vehicle whitelisting.

    Important information regarding your enquiry

If a vehicle was not registered or whitelisted at the time the ticket was issued, we will unfortunately not be able to assist further and the matter must be raised directly with the parking operator.

    Please also note:

    • All vehicle whitelisting requests must be submitted in writing by the leaseholder, or by an authorised representative of the leaseholder where applicable.

    • If you are a tenant, you must first liaise with the leaseholder to confirm whether a whitelisting request was submitted on your behalf.

    • Only the leaseholder is able to raise an administrative query with us where they believe an error has occurred.

If the leaseholder believes a valid whitelisting request was submitted prior to the ticket being issued, they should contact us directly in writing so this can be reviewed.

If you believe the parking ticket has been issued due to a genuine administrative error following a correctly submitted whitelisting request, please provide the details below so we can review the matter.

Please provide as much detail as possible so we can assess the issue and identify any recurring misuse of parking areas.

Please use this section to report issues affecting access to the parking area or any associated entry systems.
Where possible, please follow the prompts below before submitting.

If the issue relates to a fob, remote, or access device, please confirm the following:

Important – battery check required before we can proceed

In many cases, access issues are caused by a depleted or faulty battery.
To avoid an unnecessary call-out, please replace or check the battery in the fob or remote before submitting this report.

Please note that if, following attendance, the issue is found to be battery-related, the cost of the call-out may be recharged to the owner. In some circumstances, we may also require the fob to be returned to us to allow for inspection or replacement where appropriate.

If the issue relates to a barrier or gate:

If the issue relates to a roller shutter or garage door:

If the issue relates to general parking access:

Please use this section to request either a parking permit or an update to the ANPR vehicle whitelist.
Requests are subject to development-specific parking rules and processing times.

Please note: Parking permits are limited to one per property to ensure fair use of parking facilities across the development.

Please upload an image of the damaged or faded permit so we can assess the replacement request.

Please provide the details below so we can verify existing permit records and prevent duplicate permits being issued.
