The founder of Generations, with over 15 years of experience, encourages a welcoming environment where staff smile and thrive. Her professional yet friendly approach extends to Residents and Directors, forming strong relationships throughout. Outside of work, she cherishes family (not forgetting her beloved dog Milly).

Emma, Debbie's daughter, has been with Generations since its inception. A lynchpin in the team, she ensures harmony, morale, and prioritises customer service. A hard worker who cherishes family and experiences over material possessions, Emma has helped Generations navigate challenges and expand its network.

Ed, Debbie's husband, is our Site Operations Manager, a crucial role since Generations' beginnings. His expertise spans emergency response, health & safety testing, and electrical work. With an in-depth understanding of all our sites, he ensures thorough and efficient customer service. Outside of work, he finds relaxation and joy in fishing.

Furthermore, she efficiently coordinates all Smart meter upgrades, exemplifying efficiency and care in her work.
