As part of continued efforts to streamline communication and improve how residents stay informed, your Management Company are offering you the opportunity to receive Community Newsletters and general Development updates by email.

These communications may include updates on site matters, upcoming works, community notices, and general information relevant to your development, usually from a Committee Member or Director. This service is entirely optional and is in addition to any statutory notices or service charge demands you would receive directly from ourselves.

Traditionally, updates of this nature have been delivered by post, displayed on-site, or not shared at all due to limitations in contact permissions. With your consent, we can now provide these updates directly to your nominated email address in a quicker, more convenient, and eco-friendly manner.

• This service does not replace official statutory service of documents required under lease or legislation
