Parking tickets are issued and administered by the appointed parking operator for the development.
In the majority of cases, any queries, appeals, or disputes relating to a parking ticket must be raised directly with the parking operator in accordance with their appeals process.
Generations Property Management is not normally able to cancel or overturn parking tickets.
Our involvement is limited to reviewing whether a ticket may have been issued due to a confirmed administrative error relating to vehicle whitelisting.
Important information regarding your enquiry
If a vehicle was not registered or whitelisted at the time the ticket was issued, we will unfortunately not be able to assist further and the matter must be raised directly with the parking operator.
Please also note:
-
All vehicle whitelisting requests must be submitted in writing by the leaseholder, or by an authorised representative of the leaseholder where applicable.
-
If you are a tenant, you must first liaise with the leaseholder to confirm whether a whitelisting request was submitted on your behalf.
-
Only the leaseholder is able to raise an administrative query with us where they believe an error has occurred.
If the leaseholder believes a valid whitelisting request was submitted prior to the ticket being issued, they should contact us directly in writing so this can be reviewed.
