This online portal provides convenient access to Smart Parking services for residents and visitors of the properties we manage. If you're experiencing issues with the on-site parking terminal, you can also use this portal to:

• Enter your vehicle registration to validate your parking.
• Obtain an email confirmation as proof of validation.

Simply select the Development from the list below to access the Smart Parking portal for that location, where you will be able to enter your registration to avoid a Penalty Charge Notice. If you have any difficulties using this portal, please contact our offices for further assistance.

Important: To avoid a penalty charge notice (PCN), it's essential to enter your vehicle registration in the Smart Parking portal within the designated time. For vehicles not on the Development whitelist, failure to register could result in a fine. Please comply with all on-site parking regulations.
